Data Analysis Systems
Now you can use the same data analysis tools for your subcon data as you do for your internal data, independent of what data analysis tools your subcons choose to use. Salland's sollution gives you an on-line, common view of your data regardless of what testers or test floors data is coming from.

It delivers rapid root cause analysis with a consistent view of test data across different brands of testers, different product types and different test floors in near-real-time. It has several easy-to-use, on-line, web-based applications that include complete yield analysis, program optimization, OEE, SPC, configuration planning and other test process improvements.
Adaptive Test Solutions
If you need to deploy adaptive test solutions to your subcons, there is no problem. Salland's SwifTest architecture enables this to be done without interruption to your subcon's operations. While the subcons need to cooperate with you to allow Salland to on installing the software on their testers, the responsibility for making the trade-off required when using adaptive test remain with you - the chip OEM.
