  • SwifTest-MAX is a software-only subsystem that provides real-time monitoring and alerting using rules defined by the user.
  • TestScape-SPC is an on-line test data management system used to monitor test production using statistical process control rules defined by the user.
  • Test Cell Controllers monitor both the tester and the prober/handlers on-line. Test cell controllers are the most effective means for maximizing your data integrity and optimizing production throughput.

Outlier Screening

Outlier detection and elimination is an effective technique being used in automotive electronics and other ultra-high reliability markets.  SwifTest-FOX is a software-only solution used for Fast Outlier eXtraction at both wafer sort and final test. For customers using our cell controllers, outlier analysis capabilities are built-in options. Salland's outlier solution includes comprehensive analysis tools that assist the engineer in identifying the optimum outlier reduction plan. The desktop tool is TestVision and the enterprise system is TestScape-Optimize.

Of course, good quality depends upon data good analysis. Salland offers two powerful analysis tools.

  • SEDana  is a low cost, yet powerful test data analysis tool for engineers on a limited budget. Users can quickly review statistical analysis results and benefit from the Gauge R&R functionality.
  • TestScape-AWARE  is an on-line test data management system used for comprehensive yield analysis, ANOVA and test monitoring.
