    TestScape delivers rapid root cause analysis into all aspects of production testing with a consistent view across multiple types of equipment and different test floors. It is a  highly scalable, web-based test data management system. Data is collected in real-time by SwifTest modules running transparently on the testers.

Enterprise Test Data Management System

TestScape is a family of web applications that run on an Oracle-based data warehouse. Data is collected on-line and stored in formats that enable rapid retrieval and analysis. SwifTest-AMX monitors testers directly and our test cell controllers monitor all of the equipment in the test cell. Optional applications can be added based upon user requirements (see summary below).

TestScape-OPS is used to monitor and improve equipment utilization using E10/E70 efficiency models.

TestScape-SPC is used to monitor test production using statistical process control rules defined by the user.

TestScape-Optimize is used to create optimized test time reduction of outlier elimination strategies.

TestScape-CCT  is a cell configuration tracking system for optimizing the utilization of your equipment inventory. Designed specifically for planners, it includes on-line data acquisition and analytic tools including gage reliability and repeatability analysis for the test cell level.
