TestScape is a versatile, web-based DBMS solution that automatically collects the output from the SwifTest monitoring system in real-time and allows users to “slice and dice” the data from any web browser in the world. TestScape-Ops is a configuration of TestScape used by test operations, equipment engineering, planning and test management to accurately track overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), test and equipment status, units per hour (UPH) and other criteria for measuring the test floor operations.
Worldwide test floor views
Users can view multiple facilities around the world, including multiple test floors per facility. Real-time update of OEE and lot status is available for each monitored tester. High-level summaries are backed by the ability to drill down to device- or test-specific information for root-cause analysis.
Taking efficiency and effectiveness to the next level
Operators combine OEE codes with Lot Summary data to generate in-depth views of test floor activities, helping to improve equipment efficiencies and utilization in the critical areas of throughput (UPH and test times), equipment utilization (by day, week and trends), and quality (retest performance).
